We believe consciousness will persist beyond biology. Every decision you make, every conversation you have, the way you process the world. The average person makes roughly 35,000 decisions a day. Each one is a data point. These are signals that can be captured, modeled, and replicated. Everything that makes you you exists as data. We're building systems that leverage it. Not to imitate you. Sauron is a foundational AI research lab devoted to solving the continuity problem. We are not focused on productivity tools or incremental improvements to existing models; we're taking radical new approaches to realizing synthetic brains. We have the conviction and the obsession to see it through.

Our primary focus is paradigm-shifting research in identity modeling. We have no interest in commercializing prematurely. But the work we're doing will reshape personal ontology, humanoid robotics, personal continuity, and fields that don't yet have names.

The name is provocative by design. We're engineering a system devoted to understanding who you are. The problem we're solving has no playbook. We're not brute-forcing it with compute scale. We're pioneering novel architecture grounded in how human cognition actually works.
